When we are at the bench.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Saturday, 11am to 4pm. Sunday we are off. Orders ship Monday to Friday.

What to put in the email.

If it is about an order, the order number in the subject line is enough — we can see everything else from there.

If it is about a reaction, tell us which tin, how long you had been using it, where you put it and what happened. We will always take it seriously and we keep a record of every report, but we cannot give medical advice. If your skin is reacting badly, stop using it and speak to a pharmacist or your doctor first — then tell us, so we know.

If it is a return or an exchange, say what you would like to happen rather than only what went wrong. We will usually just do it.
