How it ships.

US orders over $100 ship free. No code needed, it comes off at checkout. Under $100 it is a flat $4.95 — same carrier, same speed.

Orders go out Monday to Friday. Most arrive three to five business days after they ship, and you get a tracking email the moment yours leaves us.

We ship within the United States only at the moment. International customs for cosmetics is a bigger job than it looks and we would rather do it properly than surprise you with a bill at the door.

If it is not right.

Unopened tin. Full refund within 30 days. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. The refund lands within five business days of the tin getting back to us.

Opened tin you did not get on with. Store credit, and keep the tin — posting a used balm back helps nobody. Tell us what did not work. That feedback is genuinely how the next batch gets better.

Damaged in transit. Send a photo. We ship a replacement the same day and you do not need to return anything.

Wrong tin, or something missing. Same — a photo and your order number, and we will fix it.

A note on heat.

In high summer a tin can soften in a hot mailbox or a parked van. If it arrives melted and re-set, it is still perfectly good to use; the surface is just less tidy. If you would rather have a fresh one, say so and we will send it.
