Short version: we collect what we need to send you a tin and answer your email. We do not sell your data and we do not follow you around the internet.
Glo Girl operates glogirllube.com and is run by the same people as InkLube, in Ogden, Utah. This policy covers the site, orders placed on it, and emails you send us.
Order information. Your name, shipping address, billing address and email, and what you ordered. We need these to send you the thing you bought.
Payment details. We never see them. Checkout is handled on Stripe’s own hosted page; your card number never touches our site and we never store it. Stripe’s privacy policy covers what they do with it.
Your bag. What you put in your bag is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you start checkout, and it never leaves your device if you do not.
Newsletter. If you give us your email address, we store it to send you the newsletter. Nothing else.
Analytics. Aggregate traffic figures — page views, where visitors came from. No personal profile is built from it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to retarget you on social media. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
This site has no logins and no customer accounts, so there is no stored password and no profile to break into. Checkout works without one.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@glogirllube.com and we will do it. Order records we are required to keep for tax purposes are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
